Beginning Wednesday, July 1st, join us at the Chef’s Counter at FOUR for an intimate journey through Japan’s beloved izakaya tradition. Inspired by the lively spirit of these neighborhood gathering places, this thoughtfully curated 8-course tasting menu showcases the seasonality, balance, and craftsmanship that define Japanese cuisine. The experience is priced at $150 per guest, excluding tax, gratuity, and beverages.
